Workspaces
One of my favorite new features in WS_FTP Professional 2006 (but not in the Home version) is the workspaces tool. Basically, workspaces are a way to save a configuration within WS_FTP so you don't have to set everything up the way you like each time you use WS_FTP.
Of course, if you just use one configuration and one FTP site, workspaces won't do much as you can just leave WS_FTP how you like and it will start up the same each time. But, if like me, you have multiple FTP sites (or if you have multiple configurations you like for the same site), workspaces are a great time-saver as you can easily change configurations from a simple drop-down menu.
