Case Sensitivity

Remember, FTP usernames and passwords are case sensitive. When creating a username, it's a good idea to use a mix of captial and lowercase letters for added security.

In some instances, you also need to be careful of case sensitivity in file neames too. This all depends on operating systems (in most modern Windows environments, it won't matter).
