Missing File List

Have you ever connect to an FTP site and found that the file/directory list was empty or blank? If so, the problem is most likely that you need to change to passive mode (Tools > Site Manager > Select Site > Click Edit > Advanced > 'Use passive mode...')

If this doesn't resolve the problem, you can also try selecting 'Automatic Detect' in the host type dropdown on that same 'Advanced' screen.
