eBay Express

Has everyone seen the commercial's for the new eBay Express offering? I couldn't really tell from the commercial exactly what the difference was between regular eBay and this new Express format.

It seems that eBay Express only has the "buy it now" option for new items. Doesn't this seem to go against what eBay is? Has anybody used eBay Express? What are your thoughts on it?
