Use FTP for moving and sharing large files!

"Forget trying to send 200Mb+ email attachments, FTP is the way to go. As the saying goes, you need the right tools for the job - and when transferring files, an FTP client is the right tool."

I couldn't have said it better myself! Remember, a little sanity goes a long way.
