Who did YOUR website?
Here's a real nice blog post from Len Vincenti that describes how he created his website. It's a real good perspective directly from the mouth (i mean hands) of a non professional web designer.
"Anybody can put together a very presentable website fairly easily.... As far as uploading new stuff to the site is concerned, there are three ways I can do it. I can use the Geocities file transfer, upload directly from Front Page, or use an FTP program. Most of the time I use WS_FTP. It is not the newest thing around, but I have used it for years and I am comfortable with it."

I used the 'Tutorials' at 'HTML Goodies' exclusively for my first 'web page'. Then as the 'page' became a 'site' I scowered the WWW to find what I needed. I hand code all my sites, but I now edit them with 'HTML Kit'.
The hardest part of all this, for me, was figuring out how to get the 'page/site' to the internet. It took me a long time and a lot of research to understand that it had to be done using 'FTP'.
Well, the rest they say is history...Paul
