Wi-Fi Security

Continuing on the trend of talking about security measures for the new year, do you use any of the security encryptions on your home Wi-Fi network?

We'd love to hear why you use security encryption on your home Wi-Fi .... or why you don't!

Comments welcomed!

I use a few of the security features just so that the neighbors can't access my internet for free, I changed all the default settings, and use the Mac Address of each unit allowed ....

I've taken two security precautions with my home network. First I turned on the WEP encryption and second I hid my SSID so other PCs cant even see the name of my router.
