To do a remote-to-remote file transfer, open two
instances of WS_FTP Pro in the Windows Explorer
interface and simply drag and drop the files from one
remote site to the other.
WIN WS_FTP PRO!

Although everyone likes to knock Microsoft, they
certainly know how to build a good FTP site. In
fact, Microsoft's FTP site is probably one of the most
organized on the web. With a few clicks, you can
easily find software or documentation on any Microsoft
product. And let's face it, we all need
to go to Microsoft at some point for something. The
FTP site serves as a
hassle-free alternative to the cumbersome Microsoft
website.
When first logging in, you're presented with eleven
clearly organized
folders. These folders lead to ordered
sub-directories that eventually
filter you to the file your looking for.
Although some files are difficult
to identify, the directory structure and 'readme'
files really help you
navigate through this colossal site.
Microsoft's site is a real refreshing change from the
majority of large
software companies who pay far less attention to their
FTP sites. In
general, the Microsoft FTP site will get you what you
want fast and easy.
