For anyone looking for sound effects, TV theme songs,
or cartoon sounds, the
UNC Sunsite has a multimedia directory full of them.
I found the best sounds within the '/sun-sounds'
directory. There you'll be
able to listen to Birds, Commercials, old TV series
theme songs, and much
more.
There's a great directory full of sound effects that
are perfect for
customizing your WS_FTP sounds. Use the 'gong.au'
for Connection Success or
the 'beep_laughing_warning.au' for Connection
Failures. It's great!
Remember you'll need to convert all of the '.au' files
into '.wav' files in
order to use them with WS_FTP. You can use a
program named
