In both WS_FTP Pro and LE you can search/organize your
local and remote
sites by masking the visible files. On the right-hand
side of each pane you see
a series of buttons and one empty rectangular box.
While viewing a directory,
place your cursor in this box and type your mask
criteria using an asterisk (*)
for undefined criteria. For example: to search
for all MP3 files you'd type
*.mp3 and to search for all file names that have IE in
their name, you'd
type *IE*. An empty box will default to just * or
'show everything'.
