When connecting to your personal Web site or your
favorite
FTP site, do you always go through the same routine
of
first locating the correct folders on your local
system
and your remote system before you start your
transfer?
Well, in both WS_FTP Pro and WS_FTP LE it's easy to
set
these folders as defaults so that you're
automatically in
the correct folders every time you connect.
To set the default folders, first make your
connection
and navigate to the desired folders on both your
local
and remote system. Click on the 'Options' button.
Then,
simply click the 'Set current folders as default
connection folders' button. Click the 'Ok' button.
That's it. The next time you make this connection,
WS_FTP Pro (or WS_FTP LE) will automatically go to
these folders so you can instantly start
transferring.

"I recently purchased the Nomad IIc. It came
with a
pair of headphones and a software CD. It includes
built-in
memory of 64 mbs. It accepts additional memory in
the form
of Smartmedia cards. This unit does not skip or
jump, and
is easy to operate. Sound is great, especially when
you
use the included digital enhancement capabilities
built in.
Only minus is headphones do not work well with
eyeglasses.
Overall Great!"
The new Transfer Manager in WS_FTP Pro 7.5 give you
full
control over your transfers. Not only can you
monitor the
progress of your transfers but you can also stop,
restart,
schedule or batch them! You can even repeat
previously
successful transfers.
