you need to start a Web site.
Here it is, in its entirety:
"If you're just getting started with your first Web
site, you really only need three things:
1. Create your Web pages. There are a number of ways
to do this. Read our New Webmaster's Guide for more
information:

2. Find a Web host. Many ISPs offer free hosting with
your account and there are numerous other hosts that
will sell or lease you Web space. See our Hosting

3. Upload your pages to your Web host. We have a
number of tutorials and articles to get you started:

daunting. Once you get started, I can assure you it's
