Importing FTP Sites Into WS_FTP

WS_FTP Home and Professional can import the FTP sites you have stored in other FTP clients. FTPplanet.com will take you through the steps.

1. Click Tools and Select Import Sites.

2. The Import Sites Wizard will appear. The first screen lists which FTP clients are supported for site import. Click Next.

3. WS_FTP will list recognized site profile files and list them in the first box, labeled Installed Profiles. Choose the client from which you would like to import sites and click Next. If WS_FTP doesn't list the site profile file you want, select it from the Select a Site Profile option and then click Next.

4. WS_FTP will ask you to confirm the import. Click Next and you're done.

If you want to import more than one site profile file, simply go through the Import Sites Wizard again.

The sites that you have imported can be found in WS_FTP by selecting File > Connect > WS_FTP Imported Sites.
