For this tutorial, we'll be scheduling a download from an anonymous FTP connection to ftp.FTPplanet.com. If you need assistance connecting to an anonymous FTP site, click here.

Once connected to ftp.FTPplanet.com, navigate to the desired destination folder on your local system (My Documents, Desktop, etc.) as you would for a normal transfer. 

Then on the Remote System, right-click your mouse over the file example1.txt. From the new pop-up menu select Send to Scheduler.
